Bourbon Toscano
Ingredients
- Smoked ice cubes
- 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 2 dashes rosemary cocktail spice bitters
- Garnish: dehydrated rosemary sprig
- Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel
Steps
- In an empty rocks glass, put a couple ice cubes.
- Place a cotton ball sized pinch of wood shavings into your Finniganm’s workshop cocktail smoker. Using a butane torch, light the shavings .
- Continue to torch the shavings to push the smoke into the glass.
- Continue this process until the desired smoke levels are archived
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into an rocks glass over the smoked ice cubes.
- Garnish with a dehydrated rosemary sprig and dehydrated orange wheel.
