Bourbon Toscano

Ingredients

  • Smoked ice cubes
  • 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • 2 dashes rosemary cocktail spice bitters
  • Garnish: dehydrated rosemary sprig
  • Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel

Steps

  • In an empty rocks glass, put a couple ice cubes.
  • Place a cotton ball sized pinch of wood shavings into your Finniganm’s workshop cocktail smoker. Using a butane torch, light the shavings .
  • Continue to torch the shavings to push the smoke into the glass.
  • Continue this process until the desired smoke levels are archived
  • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into an rocks glass over the smoked ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated rosemary sprig and dehydrated orange wheel.
